My nick name is Wildbird51, My friends call me CeeCee. It is not an easy task to pick a small list of insightful things for this narrative. I think I will choose a few that bring me joy now. I sincerely hope that when you have read this that you know a little more about this little wildbird. I have included several things from my little corner of the world. I am giving you a tiny peak into what makes me happy. Please explore and enjoy a visit with me.. Things That I Love,
1. The love in my Grandchildrens faces when they look at me like I can walk on water. That is the thing and the feeling I love most in this world. 2. A purple sunset, we see so few of them and they are such a wonder to me. It lets me know how insignificant our colors are when we set them next to God's pallet. 3. Sitting in front of my camper watching the campfire dance reflected in Kentucky Lake. I have spent so many wonderful times on that lake. I have fallen in love on the shores of that lake. I have mourned the loss of my husband on the shores of that lake. I have been reborn on the shores of Kentucky lake. 4. The exhilaration of feeling a 7lb. large mouth bass on the other end of my fishing rod. I think it is the stalking of my prey that I get the charge from. Then to release her, and watch her indignation as she swims off. Not much that could top that feeling. 5. Sitting on my porch on a warm summers
eve. Eyes closed listening to the songbirds
relate their haunting and playful melodies.
The story of time is sang in those songs. ![]() 6. Going for a walk with my favorite friend, Boomer. Boomer is a 185Lb. Saint Bernard who thinks I am a hero. He is always so glad to see me. His elation and glee when I come into veiw can't be beat by much in this lifetime. He has listened to it all in the 9 years that he has shared my life. He heard every word, and never judged me for my shortcomings. When I am all consumed in grief he looks up with those eyes and says I understand ,"Honestly I do". He cocks his head to one side, when I am sitting at the computer laughing uncontrollably, with the most curious look on his face. He is my best friend. 7. Last but not least being able to sit here and express myself through the words on this page. Words after all are the tools I use to convey my thoughts and emotions to the world. No finer tool was invented for my purposes. Words to me are like hands to a sculptor, eyes to a photographer, or legs to a dancer. They are my way of showing the little bit of creativity God has given me. Author, Ceceilia Robinson
